Built on trust, one address at a time

SPAR Developments & Holdings Ltd. was founded in 2021 as a concern of Advanced ABC Group with a single, unfashionable idea: promise less, deliver exactly that, on the date written in the agreement. Hayat Terrace in Kallyanpur was the first proof, handed over in 2023 to the day.

Mrittikaloy followed in Savar, and today Eden and Noor Tower are rising in Jolshiri and Kallyanpur while four more addresses open for registration. Every one begins with a RAJUK-approved plan, certified materials and a landowner who is treated as a partner, not a supplier.
